Mr. Gu is specialized in civil and commercial dispute resolution, and also has rich experience in handling the disputes of equity investment, M&A, shareholders, securities and futures. He has the expertise of advising the corporate clients regarding legal risk assessment, prevention and management, and assisting the clients in improving their internal governance mechanisms and risk compliance systems.

Mr. Gu is serving as the outside legal counsel to a number of well-known domestic and foreign high-tech companies, including Cognizant Technology Solutions (CN ASDAQ-100: CTSH), Pinfeng (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd., Broadcom Integrated Circuits (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 603068), Juchen Semiconductor Co., Ltd., and Ezisurg Medical Co., Ltd., and provided non-litigation legal services for many high-tech companies, including due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation and drafting of project documents, and provision of legal advice.
