Ms. Deng is specialized in legal practices in company law, capital market and engineering projects, and provides legal services in the field of compliance operation for listed companies and publicly trading companies. In addition to the basic legal services for the companies, she also provides the legal services for daily capital operation projects such as bank loans, inter-company debts, and financial leasing. She participated in the restructuring and M&A of Beijing Ning Xin'er Group, the equity financing of Jiujiang Zhongxing Medicine & Chemical Co., Ltd., the new energy investment of Apeloa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the BOT project concerning investment and construction of Lianyungang highway, and the reconstruction of Shanghai Huangpu Central Hospital. She has rich experience in judicial practice, and has in-depth insight in the elimination of legal obstacles and the handling of complicated and difficult cases.
