Mr. Cheng has in-depth insight in company, securities and futures laws, and has served as legal counsel to Shanghai Stock Exchange and a member of its Listing Committee for years. He has practiced law as a full-time lawyer for more than 20 years, and served as permanent legal counsel for dozens of large financial institutions, enterprise groups and listed companies. He has rich experience and successfully represented clients in many cases ranging from corporate restructuring and listing, acquisition of listed companies, establishment and operation of funds and trusts, domestic and overseas mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing in large-scale industry and real estate projects.
