Before Joining in C&S Law Firm in June 2016，Ms. Feng served as the Legal Manager of Ping An Real Estate Co., Ltd., where she was specifically responsible for design of the transaction structure of the company’s equity investment projects, drafting and review of legal documents such as investment agreements, and business negotiations. She provided legal support for a number of overseas investment projects of Ping An Real Estate in Sydney, the United States, Japan and other countries, as well as many commercial and residential real estate equity investment projects, urban redevelopment projects, and property acquisition projects of Ping An Real Estate in China. She has accumulated extensive legal practical experience from this position in domestic and foreign equity investment and real estate investment.

In addition, Ms. Feng served as the outside legal counsel and project legal counsel to Xuhui Group, Haixin Group, Yanshang Group, China (Shanghai) International Technology Import and Export Fair, Shanghai Aijian Capital Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Aerospace Technology Research Institute, Shanghai Electric Power Co., Ltd., Shanghai South Power (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Pucheng Thermal Power Energy Co., Ltd. and many other well-known business entities.
