Mr Wang‘s main practice areas are domestic and overseas issuance and listing, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity financing. Since 1998, he has been engaged in commercial banking and investment banking in Bank of East Asia, Southern Securities and Shenyin Wanguo Securities in Hong Kong respectively. Since 2005, he has been engaged in capital market-related lawyer work. In more than 20 years of practice, Mr Wang has participated in and completed a number of "first" businesses in China's capital markets.

First, in terms of the issuance of securities by listed companies, Shanghai Industrial Co., LTD. (600843) completed the private placement of B shares in 2003, which was the first non-public offering of shares in China's capital market.

Second, in terms of private equity financing, since 2008, participated in the establishment of Haitong Securities direct investment company -- Haitong Innovation Capital Management Company, which is one of the first two securities direct investment pilots in China's capital market. Since 2010, it has participated in the establishment of long-established private equity investment fund and is one of the earliest government industrial funds to enter the market in China.

Third, in terms of multi-level capital market construction, the listing project of Style Information (432016) was completed in May 2013, which is one of the first batch of eight "New Third Board" listing projects in China. In addition to the above exploration in the field of securities business, Mr Wang is one of the earliest lawyers involved in payment clearing, supply chain factoring and other innovative financial businesses in China.

The practice spirit of Mr Wang is to simplify complex problems and bring value to clients with efficiency and innovation. He is also a magnanimous person, who is indifferent to fame and wealth, and helds the line on integrity.
