The major cases he has participated in include the substantive merger and reorganization of 321 companies including HNA Group Co., Ltd., Hainan Airlines Holding joint stock company and its ten subsidiaries reorganization case, Shanghai Hongfuji Home Textiles Co., Ltd. Bankruptcy and liquidation case, Jiangsu Nantong Liujian Construction Group Co., Ltd. Bankruptcy and reorganization case, Shanghai Jiacheng Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. Bankruptcy and reorganization case, etc.

Mr. Shi serves companies, bankruptcy and special opportunity investment, investment and financing, real estate and other fields, and is good at handling complex and difficult litigation and non-litigation projects.
