In the field of commercial contracts, Mr. Zhou represented Qidong Haitian Mirage Coastal Ecological Park Co., Ltd. in a purchase contract dispute versus China Textile Machinery and Technology Import and Export Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jingsheng Industrial Co., Ltd. Qidong Haitian Mirage Coastal Ecological Park Co., Ltd. was dissatisfied with the first-instance judgment given by Jiangsu High People's Court and appealed through Mr. Zhou to the Supreme People's Court. The amount of the subject matter involved in this case was nearly RMB 200 million. After the Supreme People's Court heard and tried the dispute, the client was released from the guarantee liabilities of nearly RMB 200 million which was ruled in the first-instance judgment. The client was very satisfied with the outcome of the second-instance judgment and grateful to Mr. Zhou.

In the field of M&A, Mr. Zhou served as the legal counsel of Shanghai Sioo Informational Technology Co., Ltd. in the acquisition of Shanghai Sioo Informational Technology Co., Ltd. (a NEEQ listed company) by Invengo Information Technology Co.,Ltd.  (a listed company) in 2018, in which he conducted the due diligence and issued the legal opinion.

In the field of company legal affairs, he advised the clients with effective legal advice and helped the clients prevent and control legal risks, dealt with contract disputes, and resolved financial conflicts. He participated in many legal service projects, including labor dispute arbitration, business litigation, drafting and revision of contracts, equity transfer, M&A, capital and shares increase, stock incentives, and bankruptcy liquidation.
