In the field of foreign investment, Mr. Zheng assisted Aldi, the largest supermarket from Germany, in layout of business in Shanghai, the expansion of Lululemon (a sports brand) in various markets, and the planning of Linxens to set up a new factory in Tianjin, and helped HRA Group obtain the license to enter in the market in China under the general trade mode for its cosmetics and medical devices.

In the field of corporate compliance, Mr. Zheng formed a legal team with Taiwanese lawyers on the internal compliance of ASE Group to conduct a comprehensive and detailed compliance investigation of all subsidiaries of ASE Group in Mainland China; conducted due diligence on the issuers regarding the issuance of GDR or other types of bonds; conducted due diligence on the equity/assets of the proposed target companies; advised the compliance matter for the event of the First Commercial Bank to be held in Mainland China.

In the field of dispute resolution, Mr. Zheng represented Foxconn Technology Group in a series of CIETAC arbitration cases versus a domestic business entity and a U.S. business entity, and provided legal opinion on multi-national actions; assessed internal criminal risk for Lynnbros Industrial; handled a dispute concerning the liabilities of an officer for the damage to a German business entity’s interest , and a number of labor disputes.
