From 1999 to 2014, Ms. Zhang worked in Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People's Court as an assistant judge and chief judge, and served as a training instructor for new employees of Shanghai municipal court system. She has won the Shanghai Excellent Case Award and the first prize of Excellent Judgment Document, the Shanghai Court System Academic Symposium and the National Applied Law Research Essay Award for many times, and was rated as the District youth expert. She has published many papers in law books and core journals, also served as the editor of the Real Estate Case Selection, Labor dispute Case Selection and other legal series of books, and she has participated in the Shanghai legal television program and radio program recording for many times. In 2014, she became a lawyer, and has handled a large number of difficult and complex construction projects, real estate, equity investment, foreign-related civil and commercial cases and non-litigation cases, and participated in the contract drafting and approval of several large and medium-sized equity investment projects, and served as the special lawyer of China's excellent network platform covering millions of users.
