General corporate affairs: Ms. Yang served as the head of Legal Department in a national high-tech company, and provided professional legal protection for the compliance operation of many affiliates of the group, covering the fields of main businesses, labor and human resources, investment and financing, equity change and IP. She has accumulated rich experience of corporate compliance and risk control.

In this position, she assisted the group companies in the negotiation, drafting, revision and review of business contracts, and advised and answered the legal issues; assisted the group companies in resolving a number of disputes concerning purchase contracts, processing contracts, labor and human resources, IP and other regular disputes relating to the business operations.

Securities and Capital Market: Ms. Yang participated in the major asset restructuring project of Shanghai Prosolar Resources Development Co., Ltd. (600193).

She is a resident legal counsel at China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX). In this position, she assists in the drafting and revision of various types of contracts including construction, procurement, services, IP, and leasing, participates in the negotiations and review meetings of major business contracts, and provides professional legal advice.
