Mr. Wu used to work in Zhangjiang Entrepreneurship Center. He has extensive experience in entrepreneurship service, enterprise financing and communication with government officials, and has participated in more than 50 representative projects.

He used to be the head of investment department in Spinnotec, East Coast Capital and other investment institutions; he had equity participation in 16 baby funds and invested and managed over 40 science and technology projects, including Acm Research (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. China, VeriSilicon Holdings Co., Ltd., etc. He has extensive experience in capital raising, investment, management, and withdrawal. He currently engages in corporate legal affairs at Hengtai Law Offices and has provided equity financing, M&A and reorganization, equity-based incentives, and other legal services to many clients.
