Sun Jie specializes in litigation related to finance and securities, corporate and commercial matters, as well as bankruptcy and liquidation. He has extensive experience in handling cases at various levels of courts, ranging from the primary level to the Supreme People’s Court. He is well-versed in the dispute resolution procedures of major commercial arbitration institutions.

As a bankruptcy administrator, Mr. Sun has managed a large number of bankruptcy liquidation and compulsory liquidation cases. He is proficient in handling complex legal relationships between commercial entities and collective labor disputes. Throughout the entire bankruptcy process, he has gained rich experience in resolving a wide range of disputes on behalf of different stakeholders.

In addition, Mr. Sun serves as an external independent compliance counsel for countless foreign-invested enterprises in China. His responsibilities include handling routine internal risk control and revising transaction documents. He also manages dispute resolution for his advisory clients concerning daily labor issues, sales contracts, and accounts receivable management. Mr. Sun is fluent in English and German, enabling him to communicate effectively in these languages.

Moreover, Mr. Sun is skilled in addressing criminal compliance issues related to taxation and commercial bribery. He has substantial experience in conducting corporate internal anti-corruption and anti-malfeasance investigations, as well as collecting evidence for accusations and indictments. Mr. Sun has handled numerous first-instance criminal cases of serious tax offenses accepted by Intermediate People’s Courts, including a financial embezzlement case involving 70 million RMB.

Mr. Sun maintains long-term professional relationships with German market intermediaries, such as accounting firms and patent agencies. He provides resource intermediary services for market entities in both China and Germany.
