When handling civil and commercial dispute resolution cases, Ms. Shi is good at sorting out the case, thinking and summarizing the focus of the disputes in an accurate way, finding novel and unique breakthroughs, accurately and efficiently completing the retrieval, collection, analysis and application of the legal data, and resolving the disputes through negotiation or litigation. She participated in the handling of many disputes, including disputes of company resolutions, confirmation of shareholders’ status, and shareholders’ information right.

In handling the corporate as affairs like labor and human resources, IP, and corporate governance, she has good insight into the customer needs and can provide practical legal advice, based on her experience in her outside legal counseling services to technological innovation enterprises, as well as her legal services in specific IP projects and in overseas IPO.
