Since 2017, I have been working as a lawyer, representing numerous complex and difficult commercial dispute litigation and arbitration cases, and possessing rich theoretical and practical experience. For example, a series of cases regarding the struggle for shareholder control of a certain company, a series of cases regarding the export sales contract disputes of masks during the epidemic of a foreign-funded enterprise, a case regarding the fire loss compensation dispute of a certain factory building, a case regarding the transfer contract dispute of the state-owned land use right between a certain company and a tourist area development company, and cases regarding the construction project construction contract and supervision contract disputes involving real estate developers such as Sunac, Wanda, Country Garden, and Longfor, etc.

Handled multiple non-litigation legal service projects, such as: the land acquisition projects of the Krupp plot and Minsheng Wharf plot by Pudong New Area Land Reserve Center; the bond registration and issuance projects of Zhangjiang Group and Zhangjiang Technology Investment Co., Ltd.; and equity acquisition and asset acquisition projects of multiple companies.
