For example, she has handled a series of cases regarding the fight for control among shareholders of a certain company, a series of disputes over mask export sales contracts during the COVID-19 pandemic, a compensation dispute case for the loss caused by a factory fire, a dispute case over the transfer contract of the right to use state-owned land, as well as construction engineering contract and supervision contract dispute cases involving real estate developers such as Sunac, Wanda, Country Garden and Longfor.

In addition, Lawyer Liu has also handled multiple non-litigation legal service projects, such as the land reserve center's land acquisition projects in a certain district, multiple real estate merger and acquisition projects, and the registration and issuance project of the first "Belt and Road Initiative" corporate bond.
