Mr. Liu is serving as the outside legal counsel for a number of companies, and advising the clients on special legal issues. In the past ten years of practice, he represented many companies in contract disputes, labor disputes, property right disputes, property rights disputes, personal injury damages, and criminal defense cases.

Mr. Liu engaged in legal research at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and participated in the drafting of part of the Law on Traditional Chinese Medicine. He fully participated in the construction of “Shanghai Health System Intellectual Property Pilot Unit”, “Shanghai Health System Intellectual Property Demonstration Unit”, “Shanghai Patent Pilot Unit” and “Shanghai Patent Demonstration Unit” of a Shanghai 3rd Grade Class A hospital.

Mr. Liu actively participates in social public welfare services and is a member of the Pudong New Area judicial "famous and excellent enterprise legal expert group".
