In the field of securities and capital market, Mr. Zhou worked as a counsel stationed at China Financial Futures Exchange from July to December 2015. He is serving as the outside legal counsel to several listed companies such as Sealand Securities Co., Ltd. (000750). In 2015, he provided legal services for the public issuance of corporate bonds of Yinyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. He provided legal services for the successful IPO of Brains Foundation Technology (Stock Code: 837352) and Jiayue Technology (Stock Code: 871676) on NEEQ.
In the field of private equity funds, Mr. Zhou has been serving as a outside legal counsel to large-scale PE/VC institutions, including Central Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd., Zheshang Holding Group Shanghai Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Smile Asset Management Co., Ltd, etc. He participated in the establishment of a number of funds, e.g. SAIC Zhongyuan Fund (RMB 4 billion) invested and established by Central Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. and SAIC; Shenzhen Shouzhong Education Industry Development Fund (RMB 400 million) established by Central Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. and First Capital Fund Management Co., Ltd.; Cooperation Guidance Fund (RMB 100 million) established by Shanghai Qudeng Xinjin Venture Capital Management Center (Limited Partnership) and Minhang District Government. He assisted Deng Yaping Sports Industry Investment Fund in due diligence on the target business entity. He assisted more than ten large private fund managers in registration and filing of the funds, including Zheshang Holding Group Shanghai Asset Management Co., Ltd. (controlled by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province), Shanghai Huiyin Putong Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (controlled by Guangzhou Government), and Central Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. (controlled by the Finance Department of Henan Province).
