Mr. Zheng has been a lawyer for more than 20 years and has provided legal services for dozens of Chinese and foreign financial institutions, multinational companies, listed companies, private groups and private equity in their investment and transaction projects. Mr. Zheng is specialized in corporate restructuring, listing, M&A, equity investment and financing, and regular corporate legal matters and his customers cover securities, finance, insurance, aviation, mining, petrochemical, catering, medical, IT, Internet, and manufacturing industries.

In the field of capital market, Mr. Zheng participated in the following projects as project leader or lead counsel: relisting,  directed additional issuance and debt restructuring of Jinan Qingqi (600698) (total value of RMB 2 billion); acquisition, equity split reform and substantial asset restructuring of Ningxia Dayuan (600146) (total value of nearly RMB 1 bullion); transfer of shares of Lingyun Industrial (600480) (with value of RMB 200 million); offering of medium-term notes by Yinyi (000981) (raised RMB 170 million); change of shareholding structure of Orient Group (600811) (change of controlling shareholder, with total value more than RMB 3 billion); change of shareholding structure of Yuan Cheng Cable (002692) (change of controlling shareholder, with total value more than RMB 1 billion); listing on the NEEQ exchange and offering of shares of Hualing Kitchen Equipment (430582), Sealong Biology (830821), Chinatsi Big Data (837780), Han Sungwon (837804), Dake (838018) and Hongkun (833867); acquisition of a foreign-invested fashion catering business in China by a company controlled by Temasek (Singapore National Fund); acquisition of shares of China International Capital Corporation (CICC) from Morgan Stanley by Great Eastern Insurance (with value of more than hundreds of millions RMB); investment and merger of a commercial bank of a city in Northeast China by a large financial investment consortium (with more than of RMB 120 million); debt and asset restructuring of a large private group in Northeast China (with value more than RMB ten billion); merger of a Jilin pharmaceutical company by a Nanjing healthcare group (with value of RMB 300 million); and transfer of shares of Shanghai biotechnology company (with value of nearly RMB 300 million).

In the field of bond market, Mr. Zheng provided legal services for the issuance of corporate bonds of Jiaxing Social Development Group (raised RMB 1.8 billion), the issuance of corporate bonds of Huaian Water Resources Asset Management Company (raised RMB 1.6 billion) and the issuance of private placement bonds of Anji Dazhuhai Company (raised RMB 300 million).

In the field of banking and finance, Mr. Zheng provided legal services for the capital increase by offering additional shares of Shanghai Songjiang Minsheng Rural Bank Co., Ltd. (with value of RMB 200 million), the establishment (with share capital of RMB 1.5 billion) and compliance operation of a life insurance company, the financing and restructuring of a real estate trust (with value of more than RMB 2 billion), and the bank debt restructuring of a private group (with value of more than RMB 2 billion).

In the field of private equity funds, Mr. Zheng provided legal services for the compliance operation of Bohong (Tianjin) Equity Investment Fund, the establishment and operation of Shenzhen Xiugang Securities Investment Fund, and the subscription of a well-known private equity fund by a private group.

In the field of the regular legal services for companies, Mr. Zheng served as a permanent legal counsel to many listed companies, NEEQ listed companies, and company groups, and provide legal services for their compliance operations.

In the field of commercial litigation and arbitration, Mr. Zheng represented clients in many litigation and arbitration cases accepted by the Supreme People's Court, the provincial high courts, and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the clients.
