Mr. Yang graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in law. His clients including comprehensive groups, and business entities and new economy companies in the industries of real estate, smart appliances, exhibitions, food and medicine and software. He is served as a permanent legal counsel to dozens of companies including listed companies, state-owned enterprises, public companies, and private business entities. Mr. Yang has been interviewed by the media on hot issues such as 85 ° C v. Bright Dairy & Food for trademark infringement, Bull Electric sued for patent infringement with the damages of more than 1 billion yuan, and the copyright infringement of Visual China.

Mr. Yang successfully represented the clients in cases including:

◆ Providing intellectual property legal services for the World Environmental Protection Association for many years, including the whole process of intellectual property protection planning and on-site complaint handling center operation services;

◆ Represented the defendant Shanghai company and won the lawsuit against utility model patent infringement which was selected as a typical adjudication rule of the 2021 Shanghai Intellectual Property Court Trial White Paper;

◆ Represented Flyco Shaver in the joint-stock invention patent infringement case and won, which involved complex and difficult issues such as the patent infringement of spare parts and the allocation of the burden of proof for product patents containing method and technical characteristics；

◆ Represented an employee in Suzhou and his current employer in a dispute over the infringement of technical secrets alleged by the former employer；represented a material company in Suzhou in alleging its former employee and competitors for infringing technical secrets , and disputes over the ownership of patent applications;

◆ Provided full legal services for a listed company to purchase a number of invention patents of Japanese enterprises for technology import and export projects; represented an apparel company against LEVI STRAUSS & CO. in the LEVI Trademark Infringement Case, which involved identification of various complex types of confusion in the field of trademark infringement;

◆ Represented Shanghai Ganglian Holdings in the big data anti-unfair competition law protection case of the steel industry, and won the first and second trials, and the amount of compensation was raised from 300,000 yuan in the first trial to 1.5 million yuan in the final trial;

◆ Represented clients in intellectual property protection cases involving administrative complaints and criminal investigations of anime derivatives that infringed Disney's trademark rights and cartoon image copyrights；

◆ Represented clients in the copyright infringement disputes such as Reproduction rights, distribution rights, information network dissemination rights, etc., of well-known films and TV dramas on the Internet such as In the Name of People, Eternal Love，and Little Piggy;

◆ Providing legal services for Wending Software Co., Ltd. such as intellectual property licensing and protection of Wending Font in China.
