Ms. Xia worked at AllBright Law Offices, Pacific Investment Fund, Pudong Technology Investment Co., Ltd., Tulip Media, and private equity fund management companies. She has more than ten years of experience and provided legal services to a number of companies in M&A and restructuring projects. She has extensive experience in the establishment and management of parent funds and private equity funds, direct investment and post-investment management. In October 2011, she joined Tulip Media as the general coordinator of its listing, M&A and restructuring project, and she helped the company link the upstream and downstream chains of investors and investees. In June 2014, the CSRC announced that Tulip Media was acquired by a listed company.
