From 2009 to 2015, Mr. Xu served as secretary in the Suzhou Municipal People's government. He participated in the drafting of the work report of the Suzhou government from 2010 to 2015, and participated in the formulation of the development plan for the promotion of Suzhou's pillar industries, the integrated management system of Suzhou's modernizations, the Suzhou Industrial Internet and other relevant industrial policies.
