Ms. Liu has provided legal services to dozens of well-known domestic companies and multinational companies. She is currently serving as outside legal counsel to many foreign-invested enterprises and representative offices of foreign enterprises in China.  She provided legal services for many domestic enterprises in receiving venture capitals and private equity funds, domestic and overseas listing of domestic companies, mergers and acquisitions of domestic companies by domestic and foreign companies, as well as additional offering and allotment of shares and acquisition of domestic listed companies. In 2002, Ms. Liu participated in all negotiations for a large joint venture with total investment of nearly US$ 1 billion between SVA Group and NEC. In 2006, she participated in all negotiations for a large joint venture between Fuji and SVA Electron and for the syndicated loan.

Ms. Liu has extensive skills and experience in foreign investment, domestic and overseas listing, corporate restructuring, M&A, and international investment and financing. She represented the clients in many arbitration and litigation cases concerning business, civil, IP, labor and human resources disputes.
